Benbrook Stables Full service equestrian facility offering boarding, trail rides, weddings, parties, horse sales and camps.

Benrbook Stables has been a family owned business since 1957. Owned, loved and operated by Steven and Molly Thomson and their two children Alex and Nicholas. The Thomsons purchased the stables in 1998 and began improvements immediately. They have restored the facilities to a well respected equestrian center located in the heart of horse country and only minutes to downtown Fort Worth. The stables

has grown from only 4 horses in the boarding barns in 1998 and 2 horses available for rent to the public to now over eighty head of boarded horses and 24 horses available for rental, leasing and lessons. They have won numerous revitalization awards as well as recognized for excellence in many local and national magazines, including D Magazine, National Trail Riders, Fort Worth Texas, The Business Press, Barrel Racer News and AQHA.

Hiring: Trail Guide and Riding Instructor
We are seeking experienced individuals for the roles of Trail Guide and Riding Instructor. This is not an on-the-job training position; you must already be proficient in riding. Candidates will be required to pass skills tests in saddling, riding, and teaching to be considered. Responsibilities include the care and feeding of horses, as well as bathing, grooming, tacking, and untacking.

Qualifications:
-Proven equine work history and experience.
-Long-term career goals in lesson and equine training program development.
-Self-motivated with previous teaching experience.
-Passion for working with riders of all skill levels, from beginners to advanced.
-Ability to work with horses of all ages and skill levels, from yearlings to advanced aged horses.
-Willingness to handle all ranch duties, including feeding, grooming, tacking, cleaning, and general horse care.
Compensation: Hourly Pay, Lesson commissions, Bonuses, & Tips.
