🚨 Important Notice 🚨

Due to water line work being performed by the City of Fort Smith, our water will be shut off for a few hours. As a result, we will have limited availability for walk-in appointments and certain patient care services until water service is restored.

Our team will still be in the office and available to assist with medication refills, scheduling, and other non-water-dependent needs. Please call ahead before coming in so we can best advise you on how we can help.

We apologize for any inconvenience and appreciate your patience and understanding while the city completes these necessary repairs. We will provide updates as they become available.

CLINIC ANNOUNCEMENT!!

Due to major sickness our hours have been a little strange this week and we truly do apologize for this inconvenience.

For the rest of the week this will be our schedule.

Thursday 5/28/26- No doctor in office. We will be seeing tech appointments only and med refills till 6pm.

Friday- Dr.Carmen will be in office till 4pm seeing patients.

Saturday- We will possibly just being seeing tech appointments/ and possibly be closing early.

Please keep an eye on our page or call the clinic for updates on Saturday hours.
