Last night we welcomed ARC’s incredible staff, board members, and volunteers for our first-ever Paws for Appreciation event—and it meant the world to us.

Our adoption lounge might be 20 miles from , but our mission is deeply connected. Every purr, head boop, and forever home starts with their dedication and care. We’re proud to be the next step in their rescue journey—and endlessly grateful for the work they do behind the scenes.

Thank you to ARC for trusting us with your cats and for being the reason rescue is possible in the first place. And to our friends and family who always carve out time to show up and support us—you have no idea how much it means.

We know our usual age policy doesn’t allow visitors under 7, but Paws & Playtime was created just for them — a special, structured event where kids of all ages can safely explore, learn, and interact with our adoptable rescue cats.

Tomorrow’s featured story? A sneak peek at a not-yet-published, oh-so-cute children’s book starring a wide-eyed kitten named Mulligan on his very first adventure. You’ll be among the first to meet him!

Join us tomorrow at 4 PM for story time, guided play, and hands-on activities in the cat lounge. Our team will lead the way — but grown-ups, you’re still on duty!

We had a full house today, so we didn’t go live—but we did welcome four fresh faces to the lounge!

Meet the shy but stunning sister trio: Vail, Breckenridge, and Loveland, all 2 years old. They arrived at together in May 2023.

Also say hi to Oreo, a 6-month-old sweetie with a snack-worthy name and big curious eyes. She was found as a stray and has the softest fur in the room!

They’re still getting used to their new digs, so stop by this weekend to show them what love, patience, and a little catnip can do!

Cattyshack Cafe is Fort Myers’ FIRST Cat Cafe & combines everything that makes Florida a vaCATion in PURRadise! We are conveniently located at Gulf Coast Town Center off of Alico Road & I-75.

With a fun golf theme and a cafe that also serves beer/wine, you will be able to enjoy a locally made snack while interacting with adoptable cats in the 'Mulligan Room'.

Our cafe is completely separated from the Mulligan Room by a wall of windows (and a separate HVAC system!) so our cafe is an awesome place to hang out even if you’re not visiting the cats. We offer coffee, beer, wine and other great drink options in addition to yummy treats. Guests are welcome to take their cafe purchase into the Mulligan Room but must not share with the cats!
