We want to let our customers know about an important update that will affect logging in to your Zoom Room Dog Training account. Mindbody - the platform you book your classes through - is rolling out some updates to make your experience smoother and more secure (woohoo!).
● You’ll be automatically logged out of your account when this change happens.
● The next time you log in, you’ll be prompted to set up your account on the new Mindbody portal.
● You can try using your existing password. If it meets the new security requirements, you can keep it. Otherwise, you’ll be guided through a quick one-time reset to create a new password.
