POV: You’re a South End dog mom and your dog is just a ✨social butterfly✨ 🎀🐾

She’s not pulling, she’s exploring. 💅
She’s not jumping, she’s saying hi. 🥹
She’s not misbehaving, she just has ✨big feelings✨

And obviously, everyone LOVES her. 🤭

We all know a Poppy. Some of us ARE Poppy’s mom. 😂

The good news? You don’t have to stop bringing your dog everywhere. You just have to teach them how to behave when they get there.

Go to our website to make a reservation or to learn more. Charlotte’s exclusive boarding experience for trained dogs!

09/30/2026

🚨 BOARDING IS OFFICIALLY HERE AT OBEDIENT K9.
But we didn’t want to build another traditional boarding facility.
We wanted to build the place WE would actually feel comfortable leaving our own dogs.
🐕 Training-led care
🧠 Staff who understand dog behavior
🎓 The same training, structure, and expectations your dog already knows
🐾 Complimentary structured social (controlled daycare)
😴 A calm environment where dogs can actually REST
And yes… that quiet kennel room you see in this video was filmed in the middle of the day.
For our current OBK9 clients, you can now leave town knowing your dog is staying with the same team you already trust.
And if your dog is anxious, reactive, difficult to handle, or hasn’t done well in traditional boarding environments, we’d love to talk with you too.
Boarding is now open.
Book your dog’s stay on our website. 🐾

Congratulations to all of our August graduates! We are SO proud of you and your humans for all the hard work, dedication, and growth you’ve put in together. 💚
From the first day of training to graduation day, watching them all gain confidence, learn new skills, and build stronger relationships with their humans is what it’s all about!
We can’t wait to see all the adventures you’ll go on together. 🌎 cheers to a lifetime of good dogs, happy humans, and continued learning!

“I really couldn’t take Sunny anywhere. We were homebound.”

This is why we say dog training is about so much more than teaching sit, down, and stay.

It’s about learning how to communicate with your dog so you can actually enjoy life together.

Before training, Sunny’s excitement made walks and outings stressful.

Now?

🐾 Walks are easy and enjoyable
🐾 She can work him through his triggers
🐾 Their bond is stronger
🐾 They can actually go places together — including her favorite neighborhood bar 🍻

Her biggest realization?

Loving your dog also means learning how to speak their language.

And when you finally understand each other, your whole relationship changes.

If your dog’s behavior is keeping you from doing the things you pictured doing together, come see what’s possible.

HAPPY NATIONAL DOG DAY ! 🐾

A day dedicated to the reason we do what we do. 💚

The goofy ones.
The stubborn ones.
The spicy ones that led you to us.
The hard workers.
The show-offs.
And the ones who completely steal our hearts.

Give them some extra love today!!!!

Because life would be pretty lame without all the snoots. 🐶
