Short-term foster needed for sweet Benji, please share! ❣️ This young pup needs a quiet home to recover in for about two weeks following his surgery this Saturday to repair his ear hematoma. You can see the swelling in his ear. 🥺❤️‍🩹

The kennel environment is too overstimulating when it is important that he rest and heal in home. 🏡💕

Benji, a terrier / husky mix, is very smart and affectionate. He will enjoy long walks, but otherwise, he just needs to chill and entertain himself with his toys, which he’s very good at doing! 🦴🎾 He is friendly with other dogs, but a home without other pets is ideal while he recovers. All supplies are provided. 💗

Many of our adoptable dogs had an eventful weekend getting breaks from the stress of the shelter! 🐶💕😎 Here are some tidbits of their adventures from last weekend:

🩵 “Kilo’s Day Out! Such a good boy 🥰 After four hours of non-stop fetch, I think he finally wore himself out” - John C.

This Caturday, we’d like to introduce Tabulous, the sweetest white and tabby girl with a heart full of love and a meow that could melt anyone 💗 Tabulous is being picked on by other cats at the shelter and it’s bringing her down 😿 will you be the one to pick her after she’s been waiting 810 days to find a family? 🥺💕

This social butterfly adores people and isn’t shy about asking for attention. She’ll trot right up, give you her signature “pet me” meow, and happily hop into your lap for cuddles. Tabulous is playful, curious, and always ready for a little fun, whether it’s chasing a toy or eagerly accepting a treat. 🦋😻🧶

Foster needed! ❣️ Zora and Thor are 8-week-old Shepherd / Husky puppies that love to eat, play, snuggle, nap and repeat. These babies whose owner couldn’t care for them are now looking for a foster that can commit to a month. 💕

Zora has a big personality and more playful energy than her brother Thor who is happy to chill by your feet wherever you are. 💗😎

These adorable pups go up for adoption next week, but they need a foster while we find their forever homes. 🏡🐶 APR will provide all needed supplies.
