Hey, All! Danny, the Owner/President here.

I grew up in a very small town in Eastern, KY, in Martin County known as Beauty. My hometown, among several others, was recently impacted by a devastating flood, resulting in the loss of homes, businesses, churches, and more. Most of these fine folks do not have the money or means to rebuild or replace, so I am coming to you to ask for your help. Children lost their toys, clothes, and the very bed they slept in. Parents and grandparents are struggling to figure out what to do next, and I want to help.

So I am asking you if you can please donate to Coalfield Family Foundation, a registered non-profit I started many years ago, so we can help. Coalfield Family Foundation is one of the few non-profits with NO paid staff, which means we are all volunteers, so all the money donated goes directly to those in need. If you prefer to donate cleaning supplies and/or water, that is great, too. We are accepting donations at my office at 20824 Route 52 Fort Gay, WV 25514, at the intersection of 37 and 52 on the Fort Gay side. If you can't find us, feel free to call us at 304-648-7100. We are open Monday-Friday, 10 am until 5 pm. I will personally deliver the donated goods to those in need to ensure they make it to them.

Urgent 🚨 Need!

Coalfield Family Services needs a part time 2 days per week in home assistant to the company owner. The owner lives in the Kenova area. They would care for his 10 month old daughter, do house keeping, run errands and basic office support work as needed.

As of now this would be on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 9:30 am until 5 pm but this is subjected to change.

This would be perfect for a stay at home mom looking to make a little extra money and to be home with her kids in the evening and weekends. More hours may be offered at a later time.

Must have a clean driving record with reliable transportation. Must have a clean state and federal background check, be able to pass a drug test and have a clear CPS/APS abuse and neglect records check.

We’ve had several people asking what we do so I wanted to break it down for you 🙂

1. We have an A*O program which provides services to those involved in a CPS and Youth Services case.

2. We have a DUI program to help you regain your drivers license and complete the required treatment.

3. We are a licensed behavioral health center who can provide therapy, case management, medication and more. This includes a MAT program for substance abuse.

4. We have a medication assisted weight loss program.

5. We have a men’s health program to help with ED and give you back that spark 😉

6. We offer some primary care services but very limited availability.

Most of the above programs can accept insurance but some are cash only.

We may be needing another part-time office worker due to the launch of Coalfield College.

It will likely be 2-3 days per week but could develop into more. It will mostly be between Monday-Friday but it could require the occasional Saturday. The hours should be 10 am - 5 pm.

We will have many more to come later, but our Certified Nurse Aide (CNA), Peer Recovery Support Specialist (PRSS), Phlebotomist, Medical Assistant (MA), ECG/EKG technician, Post Secondary Instructor certification and Entrepreneurship certification programs are ready to accept students!

Are you a current CNA looking to advance your career? We have a CNA-MA option for you!

The CNA, ECG/EKG, MA and phlebotomy courses will be hybrid, with some online and some in-person days. The PRSS, entrepreneurship and Post Secondary Instructor certification trainings are FULLY only.

🚨 Now Hiring ‼️

We need to hire a full time supervisor for our A*O program. The A*O program offers in home services to families involved with CPS and YS. This person must have prior experience in CPS or A*O with experience leading a team. Additional they must have a bachelors degree in a human services field and preference given to those with a social work license.

They will work in the office some (located in Fort Gay) and on the road some visiting DHHR/Dohs offices and clients.

Anyone with a bachelors degree in a human service related field interested in teaching a DUI class every couple of months? It would be three Saturdays in a row and then you would take a break for 2-4 months and repeat. This is not a remote job and must be done in our office in Fort Gay, WV.

Hours are normally 10 am until 4 pm on Saturdays.
