We hope to be approved to start to train, oversee and place kids in foster homes (WV only) within the next few months!

If you are interested in being one of our very first foster homes please reach out to be placed on our waiting list.

Foster homes come in all shapes and sizes and if you have the desire to foster we would love to talk more.

If you’ve been following us since our pet store days and are interested in shopping some of our leftover merchandise, you can do that now through our sister company, which is a nonprofit.

All of the leftover merchandise has been donated towards the nonprofit to help fund their food bank and other adventures.

We have fish tanks, bird cages, general supplies, and so much more. In addition to the pet store supplies we also have some general household merchandise and clothing.

The nonprofit is typically open Monday, Wednesday and Friday 11 AM until 5 PM

And is located directly beside us!

Please come support a good cause.

Part-time nanny/house keeper needed

Info:

Huntington, WV area

Monday, Wednesday and Friday 9-5 pm.

They would arrive at 9 am and starting cleaning. My daughter wakes up between 10-10:30 and then they would stop cleaning and care for her until around 1:30. At 1:30 they would put her down for her nap which is about 2 hours and during that 2 hour window they would switch back to cleaning. She wakes up around 4 pm. They would then care for her for another hour before clocking out.

So of the 8 hour shift it’s approximately 3-3.5 hours of house work and 4-5 hours of my childcare. 

Must have reliable transposition, reliable childcare for their own kids if they have them, able to pass a drug test, clean criminal and abuse and neglect background check.

Do you have a young entrepreneur with a creative idea or small business dream?

We are thinking about hosting a Kids Only Business Fair Fundraiser where children and teens can set up their own booths, sell products or services, and learn real-world business skills in a fun community environment!

📍 Booth spaces will be set up outdoors in our grassy area
💲 Only $10 per table
➡️ All table fees go directly to support the Coalfield Family Foundation nonprofit

INCLUDED WITH EACH TABLE:

Now hiring:

1. Full time program director over our A*O and case management programs. Must have a bachelor degree in a humans services field, prior supervisor experience of a team and preferences given to someone with prior A*O or CPS experience.

This is not a remote position. They just be within a reasonable drive of our office in Fort Gay. Some days they will work out of office and others in the field.

2. Part time nurse practitioner. Looking for someone who can give us at least 1 day per week and open to this becoming full time later.

3. Part-time therapist but open to becoming full-time later. Must be licensed at the masters level and able to see clients in our office.
