We received some more sad news this morning. Yet another client dog passed away from Lyme disease complications. That makes 6 dogs that we groom that have passed from this horrible disease this season. We all love all of the dogs that we groom, and this news is killing us. I beg each and every one of you to GET THE LYME VACCINES for your dogs AND keep them on a monthly preventive!! Limestone Creek in Flatwoods is VERY reasonable for vaccinations. This heartbreak is a lot 😞 🌈

We have been having a lot of no-show and last minute cancelations in the last few months. This is industry wide, not just us. Please take a minute to text us if you can't make it, we will gladly reschedule you. I have employees that are paid hourly. We block off time for your pet, and expect a certain income from that time. Even if you don't show up, I still have to pay them. If you give a 24 hour notice, a lot of times we can fill the spot. However letting us know at 9:45 that you won't be coming in really hurts a small business. We have no show policies in place and unfortunately we have had to start being more strict with enforcement. Just 1 no show a day costs my business over $14,000 a year! Not many people can afford a 14k pay cut. I don't want to overbook to try to compensate, and have to rush if everyone shows up. Please understand these policies aren't personal, but there are several people that depend on Dog In Suds to feed themselves and their families!
