📢 Friendly Reminder About Our Cancellation Policy

We completely understand that unexpected situations can happen, and we always do our best to be understanding. However, last-minute cancellations and no-shows leave appointment times that are often impossible to fill on short notice.

To help us continue providing the best service to all of our clients, we will be strictly enforcing our cancellation policy moving forward.

• First same-day cancellation or no-show: 50% of the scheduled groom cost
• Any additional same-day cancellations or no-shows: 100% of the scheduled groom cost

Invoices will be sent through Square and must be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.

We truly appreciate everyone who gives us advance notice if plans change. Your consideration helps us serve all of our clients and keep our schedule running smoothly.

A few days ago, Cruz came in for his very first Puppy Introductory Maintenance Groom, and he was an absolute rockstar! ⭐️

Did you know that introducing your puppy to grooming early is one of the best things you can do for them? Positive experiences at a young age help puppies build confidence, reduce anxiety, and make grooming something they can enjoy for years to come.

Our Puppy Introductory Maintenance Groom includes:
