I have owned Debbie’s Mane Concern since 1981, prominently located in Forest Hill, MD. I am an experienced stylist and salon owner. I was president of the Harford County Hairdressers Association for 17 years. I have taught Advanced Cosmetology at Harford Community College. Times have changed, and I am now looking for stylists who would like to expand their horizons and consider suite or chair rentals. I am now offering individual chairs and private spaces.
