When a horse lets go like this… you know you’ve found something 🤍

Releasing tension through the hamstrings and hind end can make a huge difference in:
– movement
– comfort
– overall performance

And sometimes… it just looks like this 💤

✨ Spot On Equine Bodywork is now booking into May ✨

I’m so grateful for the continued support and growing schedule — appointments are now booking into May, and I am still happily accepting new clients across the Eastern Shore.

I offer individualized sessions tailored to what your horse needs that day, including:

• hands-on equine bodywork / massage
• PEMF therapy (high-quality pulse PEMF for deeper support and faster response)
• targeted work for performance, recovery, maintenance, stiffness, compensation patterns, and overall comfort

Every session is customized based on your horse’s movement, muscle tension, workload, and any areas of compensation or restriction.

What makes Spot On different is that I don’t do a “one-size-fits-all” treatment.
I combine thorough hands-on assessment with targeted bodywork and PEMF support to help your horse move, feel, and perform at their best.

This work is especially beneficial for:
• horses coming back into work
• show horses in active training
• horses with chronic tightness or compensation patterns
• older horses needing comfort and mobility support
• preventative maintenance to keep them feeling their best

My goal is to help support better movement, recovery, and performance while giving owners and riders insight into what their horse’s body is telling us.

Please message me to get on the May schedule or to discuss whether your horse may benefit from a session 🤍

Eastern Shore clients 🤍

I’m opening up my schedule in the area and will be taking a limited number of appointments.

I offer equine bodywork (PEMF + massage) to help keep your horses feeling and performing their best.

For the month of April, I’m also offering rider PEMF sessions for $25 (30 minutes). It’s a great way to work on your own body—reducing tension, improving mobility, and overall ride feel.

I’ll be grouping appointments by location to make the most of travel, so barns with multiple horses will be prioritized.

Winter was long.
The cold lingered.
Schedules got quiet.
And that’s okay.

As we start to see hints of spring, this is your reminder to give yourself — and your horse — a little grace. Coming out of winter, horses may look a little tighter, a little uneven, a little “rusty”… just like we do after time off.

Think about it — after a break from riding or working out, we don’t feel our best jumping right back in. We’re sore, stiff, and need time to rebuild strength and balance. Our horses are no different.

This is where bodywork becomes such a powerful tool 🧠✨
Bodywork helps:
• ease winter stiffness
• support muscles as work ramps back up
• improve comfort, mobility, and balance
• set your horse up to feel their best as training resumes

Spring isn’t about rushing — it’s about resetting, rebuilding, and moving forward thoughtfully.

Give yourself grace.
Give your horse grace.
And let’s help them feel good as they head back into work.

🌱 March bookings are now open 🌱
I’d love to help your horse start the season feeling loose, comfortable, and ready.

✨ PEMF for Horses with Lyme & EPM ✨

Horses dealing with Lyme disease or EPM often struggle with muscle soreness, neurological stress, stiffness, and fatigue — especially long-term.

PEMF therapy works at the cellular level to help:
✔️ Increase circulation & oxygen flow
✔️ Reduce inflammation & muscle tension
✔️ Support nerve and neuromuscular function
✔️ Improve comfort, recovery & overall well-being

❄️ Why winter is harder:
Cold weather tightens muscles, slows circulation, and adds stress to already compromised systems. PEMF helps keep horses loose, comfortable, and supported when movement is limited.

💛 Why I believe in it:
My own horse has battled both Lyme and EPM, and PEMF was a huge part of what helped him feel better, move easier, and stay comfortable — especially through seasonal changes. I don’t just offer this… I trust it.

PEMF isn’t a cure — but it’s an incredible supportive tool for horses who need a little extra help 🐴✨

🚨 LIMITED-TIME BONUS 🚨

Subtle changes in your horse matter.
Tightness, resistance, uneven movement — these are often quiet signs your horse is asking for support.

Equine bodywork helps restore balance, comfort, and proper movement, allowing your horse to move and perform at their best.

For a limited time, every equine bodywork session booked in February includes a FREE 30-minute PEMF chair session for the rider or trainer 🤍
The PEMF chair supports circulation, helps reduce muscle tension, and promotes recovery — perfect after long rides, lessons, or barn days.
