OK, I just can't get enough of this sweet face! Meet Ernie, everyone! He is a newbie around here. He was extremely anxious upon arrival, but he is making great strides and getting much more comfortable here! A bit of extra TLC definitely helps! 🌞

Good Afternoon Dear Clients!

Just a reminder that this is my busiest time of the entire year. What does that mean?

It means that I am prioritizing my 4-legged friends over my 2-legged friends.

All of my time right now is being dedicated to making sure everyone is being taken out to potty frequently, fed, loved, & entertained.

I also have tons of cleaning, doggie laundry, new client Meet & Greets to fit into my schedule, and handling reservations. My plate is completely full.

Please be patient if you don't hear from me every single day with an update on your pup / kitty. I take photos & post them when I have time, but it won't be as frequently as you are used to.

Thank you for your understanding and giving me grace!

I got to drop in on "Big Stuff" this weekend! We enjoyed one another's company. I especially enjoyed the peace & quiet. 😉

We played a lot, had lap time, & got in some brushing. 😺

Big Stuff loves his pickle 🥒 catnip toy. It says "I'm kind of a big deal".

We love Dr. Kidd! ♥️

Dr. Kidd’s nomination for Best Veterinarian isn’t something we’re surprised by—it’s something we see every day.

She takes the time to explain, to answer questions, and to make sure you feel confident in your pet’s care.

She shows up for her patients in ways that go beyond the appointment—staying late for emergencies, keeping a close eye on critical patients, and doing everything she can to make sure they’re okay.

She also cares for a wide variety of animals, including exotics, making care more accessible for clients who may not be able to travel to a specialist—while still recognizing when referral is the best option.

Dear Clients (both established & potential),

We have entered "Meet & Greet Season" which preceeds "Vacation Season" AKA SUMMER, my busiest time of the year!

I am doing my best to fit in new client Meet & Greets here & there when I am able to, but as Summer approaches, I will have less & less time to do so.

My priority is ALWAYS the dogs & cats who are in my care. When it's super busy, most, if not ALL of my time is dedicated to the long list of things I need to get done to make sure your pets are receiving THE VERY BEST care (and tons of LOVE too) possible!

So, please be patient with me. I am a "one woman operation" here.

Pros:

#1. Your dog or cat will get to know me very well, because I am here every single time they come. There is no revolving door of different employees!

#2. I don't do any grooming. None. Zilch. Nada. This means my focus is on loving, exercising, & entertaining your pet. Always.

#3. My "child" turns 30 this year, lives in Las Vegas, and is a Physical Therapist. I am SO proud of her! So, again, I have time to care for your pet without having to divide my time to care for children.

Con:

You may have to wait a day or two or three for me to respond to your messages, look over your Pet Profile (see my website), and schedule your Meet & Greet. Plan ahead (a couple months at least is ideal), be patient, & give me some grace.
