🚨 EMERGENCY AT THE SHELTER 🚨

We are out of space.

Right now, our shelter is overcrowded, and we urgently need the community to step in. We must find homes — through adoption or fostering — for 70 large dogs by Tuesday, May 26, to help prevent an even deeper crisis.

These are not just numbers. These are scared, hopeful dogs waiting behind kennel doors for someone to choose them. Many have already been abandoned, neglected, or forgotten once before. They deserve better than spending another night in a crowded shelter wondering if anyone will come for them.

To help save lives, we are WAIVING ALL DOG ADOPTION FEES for all dogs over 40 pounds on Saturday, May 23, Sunday May 24, and Tuesday, May 26. 📣

🏡 ADOPT
When you adopt, you give a dog a second chance at life, love, and safety. Every adopted dog is vaccinated, spayed/neutered, and microchipped. More importantly, they are ready to become part of a family.

🐾 FOSTER
If you cannot adopt long-term, fostering is one of the most powerful ways you can help right now. We provide the food, supplies, crate, and medical care — you simply provide a temporary safe place and compassion. Even a short-term foster opens space for another dog with nowhere else to go.

This sweet baby is looking for a home 🥰

Meet Pookie a sweet little girl who is about 3 yrs old. She is a shih tzu/bichon mix and weighs 21 lbs.

She was given up because she and her brother started fighting which many times happens when you adopt siblings. She is in a foster home now with 9 other dogs and there hasn't been any fighting.

She loves to give kisses and sit by you. She would also like to sleep with you if you would let her.
