Yesterday marked the end of our 2025-2026 school year programming! We saw over 17,000 students and families in the last nine months and we never tired of hearing about their new found love of fresh food! One teacher wrote to us saying:

“I usually hear from one or two parents who tell me their students went home and made their family a meal. I had a student who was having a sleepover with another student in my class and they decided to combine their take home food kits and made it together when they got home from school.”

Don’t miss out on our new event, Chefs and Fire! Seating is limited and you don't want to miss out. Some of the most creative chefs from Wood Stone Pizza Atlas Bloom Cheese Collective, Conifer, Ryn, Gaskins on Emma, Meji and Meiji, and Chūō Izakaya will be throwing the ultimate backyard cookout - and you’re invited!

Tickets are available — grab yours at appleseedsar.org/events. Each chef will have a dish paired with a curated cocktail or a specialty brew from Crisis Brewing Company designed to complement the flavors coming straight off the flame.
