Memorial Day weekend is almost here! 🇺🇸 🐾

We are only open today until 6:00 PM, so if your pet needs medication refills or tends to struggle with fireworks and holiday festivities, please contact us before then so we can fill any requests and help make sure they’re comfortable and prepared for the holiday weekend.

This week we’re highlighting acupuncture with Dr. VanHall 💙✨

Meet Athena 🐶, an older sweet beagle relaxing during her acupuncture session, and Pepper 🐾, an older spunky pittie who was back to running, playing ball, and enjoying herself after her acupuncture appointment. 🎾

Veterinary acupuncture is a study-backed therapy that may help support pets with arthritis, mobility changes, pain management, and other chronic conditions. It can be a great addition to an integrated treatment plan alongside medications, supplements, nutrition, and traditional veterinary care. 🌿

This week’s honorary employee goes to Winnie! 🐶💙

Winnie comes in regularly for happy visits, and he has truly mastered the art of soaking up attention. Every visit includes plenty of pets, snacks, love from the staff, and reminding everyone at the clinic how adorable he is. ✨🐾

Happy visits are a wonderful way to help pets build positive associations with the veterinary clinic. These short visits allow pets to come in just for treats, cuddles, exploring, and positive experiences — no scary procedures required! 🍪💕

They can be especially helpful for puppies, nervous pets, or any pet that gets anxious about vet visits.

Winnie definitely recommends happy visits… mostly for the snacks. 😂🐾

🐾 Wag Your Tails Wednesday 🐾

Everyone send some love to the adorable Jayne Cobb! 💙🐱

Jayne came to see us after not wanting to eat for a few days. After his radiographs and bloodwork came back normal, Dr. Rozenbaum recommended moving forward with an ultrasound and dental procedure to help us get to the bottom of what was going on.

We’re happy to report this sweet boy is now feeling much better and eating again! 🥹✨

We know how stressful it can be when our pets stop eating, so seeing Jayne cozy, comfortable, and on the road to recovery absolutely made our week. His blanket burrito photos may have melted a few hearts around the clinic too. 🛌🐾

Wishing Jayne continued healing and lots of tasty snacks ahead! 💙

Team bonding… AVMC style 🎯⛳

We took the crew out to Zap Zone for some laser tag and mini golf, and let’s just say—we learned a few things 😅

First: watch your back around Dr. Rozenbaum… he’s WAY sneakier than you’d expect in laser tag 👀

Second: apparently counting to 17 holes of mini golf is harder than it sounds… so the winner remains a mystery 🤷‍♀️😂

All in all, lots of laughs, a little chaos, and a great reminder that this team knows how to have fun together 💙
