This is time of year many Goldens start to get hot spots. A hot spot is generally an itchy area that generates a lot of scratching from your Golden. Many different things can cause it, but the result is always an area that has gotten so much attention it gets raw. Then, the rawness becomes an issue for your dog and they can’t stop licking and scratching, making it worse. The best way to fix this is to break the cycle. We are pleased to announce the arrival of two litters.

The first puppies were from Max and Pinky. The two girls and two boys were born on May 16th.

Four days later, Luna and Max welcomed a healthy little boy and little girl into the world on May 20th.

We were hoping for bigger litters but we are still so happy with the arrival of 6 new puppies. Moms and babies are doing exceptionally well.

I just changed the litter mat this morning so it’s a good time for a puppy video. These are Penny’s puppies at 2 weeks. Next week they graduate to cedar chips and we will put collars on them just in time for individual pictures!

Good morning. We have some exciting news. The first of our May litters arrived from Maverick and Penny Benjamin last week. 5 girls and 2 boys. All puppies are doing fantastic.

I will be out of town next week so I’ll try to get some better photos for everyone before I leave.
