Raymond is another gentle soul, looking for a place to call home. ✨ Yesterday we welcomed 𝟭𝟭 super sweet dogs and 𝟭 innocent kitten from shelters in 3 Southern Virginia counties. Two already went into foster! 🎉 These orphaned pets are adorable and ready for love. We are excited to help out our partners in bringing dogs and kittens to our area where they can have better opportunities to find their forever homes.🏡

Shyah is a play-hard, rest later kind of girl. She loves to go out for long hikes, play fetch and learn new tricks. When it comes time to take a break, she is eager to spend quality time with her human friends, cuddling and giving kisses.

Shyah likes to play with other dogs at the park, but prefers her own space when she gets home, so she would thrive best as the only pet. Her love and affection for her humans is more than enough for one household!

🐶😽 Celebrate pet rescue and adoption at Harveys.Va on Thursday, August 21 from 5–8 p.m., as they partner up with Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation for an evening of food and fun. Festivities include a Doggie Dress-Up contest with prizes, a special dog menu, and treats for four-legged friends.

Harvey’s is donating 10% of the entire day’s sales to Lost Dog & Cat Rescue Foundation, helping adoptable dogs and cats find loving homes. 🏡💕

Meet Kane & Virginia!

Both dogs are a little over 1 year old, so they have some basic training and experience for their age, but still have a LOT of that puppy energy!

Kane is a German Shepherd mix that loves to be on the go-but will happily pause and take a break for a treat/snack!

Virginia also loves spending time outside, but is a bit more shy and would thrive with a patient and motivating family. Once she settles in and develops some confidence, she'll make the perfect outdoor buddy! In the meantime, she loves attention and snuggles at home!
