Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary (FAS) is the only no-kill, 501(c)(3) nonprofit animal rescue group in North San Diego County, operating solely on donations. We are an all-volunteer organization dedicated to saving, rehabilitating and re-homing abandoned and surrendered dogs and cats. Merlin is a beautiful 3 year old Cocker Spaniel and he needs your help... Merlin has a type of bacteria that is resistant to antibiotics. We now know that Merlin has had this painful condition for a very long time and it has caused his ear canal to be severely damaged . His only hope for a recovery and a pain-free life is to have the infected ear canal surgically removed. The surgery will cost nearly $5000, so we have decided to start a fundraising campaign to provide Merlin with the care he needs.

Want to join our pack of dedicated volunteers? We ask for a commitment of a minimum 2 hrs a week and you have to be at least 18 years.

In addition to helping with the dogs and cats and cleaning (have to admit there’s lots of cleaning and laundry) we could use folks with special skills in fundraising, social media/communications….

This sweet family was rescued from the side of the road in Tijuana and have spent the last couple months in their AMAZING foster home. Now, they will finally be ready to find their Furever Families, a couple already have!

UPDATE Freya has found her forever home!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

🐾Meet Freya 🐾

At just 10 months old, Freya has already lived a lifetime of love.

This beautiful young mama arrived at Fallbrook Animal Sanctuary with four kittens of her own. Then she did something extraordinary—she opened her heart to not one, but two orphaned newborn kittens who desperately needed a mother.

Without hesitation, Freya welcomed them, nurtured them, and loved them as if they had always been hers.

In total, this incredible girl raised SIX babies with patience, devotion, and unconditional love.

Now the babies have grown, everyone has been spayed and neutered, and Freya is finally ready for the next chapter of her life.

Freya is affectionate, gentle, curious, and loves being close to her people. With her stunning green eyes, adorable spotted legs, and sweet personality, she’s impossible not to fall in love with.

After spending her kittenhood caring for everyone else, it’s finally her turn to be cared for.

🍒 ONE SWEET MAMA & HER LAST LITTLE PIE 🫐

Meet Mama Cherry Pie and Boysenberry Pie!

At just 1 year old, Mama Cherry Pie has already done an amazing job raising her three kittens—Boysenberry Pie, Coconut Cream Pie, and Fudge Pie. Two of her babies have found their forever homes, and now it’s time for this sweet mama to find hers. ❤️

Cherry Pie is a loving lap kitty with a nonstop purr machine. She adores cuddles, loves people, enjoys chasing toys, and is dog-friendly too!

And then there’s Boysenberry Pie… the last little pie still looking for his forever family. 🫐

At 9 weeks old, Boysenberry is playful, curious, full of kitten antics, and dog-friendly. He’s ready to bring lots of laughter, love, and zoomies into a lucky home.

Whether adopted separately or together, these two sweet black beauties are ready for their happily-ever-after.
