Highlight for offspring by Kicken The Smoke Up! Hoss is a proven earner in NRHA, Ranch Versatility and is a APHA Reserve World Champion Lvl 1 Reiner! Hoss was a stallion I watched for many years since he was a foal never thinking I'd be able to own him but loving him every time I saw an update from his owner. Imagine my surprise when out of the blue he was offered to me..... catch was he was potential a stallion only. I took the gamble and brought him to Montana in the fall of 2023. After breeding mares for 2 seasons and not even being a thought I'd show him I found a wonderful shoer that was able to help him so much to the point I rode him for the first time summer of 2025. You'd never know he had a previous issue now watching him. After starting to ride him more thru the winter I decided to try him in ranch versatility at a local show series. He'd never been asked to work a cow or seen trail obstacles so we decided to ease into it with the Novice Horse division. Trail and cows went about like I expected and I think we were last in both classes the first show but he excelled in the ranch riding and reining. He continued to improve each show and ended the series High Point Champion for the Reining/Cowhorse and tied for Co-Champion High Point in the Ranch Riding/ Trail. His oldest foals are now yearlings and proving to be very trainable, smart and willing. I'm sure he'll be a sire of earners soon as his foal's are old enough to get in the show pen. Hoss is 8 panel n/n. These are the currently offered 2026 foals.
