This time of year can be rough on paws! I do more yard/indoor playtime and only do walks in the morning or evening on select days. If you are walking your pup, be sure to test the ground frequently by placing the back of your hand on it for 7 seconds. Keep those paws safe!

I love that Confederate Woods Veterinary Hospital has these feliway towels! My cat Jenko is here for a check up and is always a nervous little guy (and very vocal about that). Once the towel is over him, he settles down!

The rainbow bridge got a little brighter this week and my heart got a lot heavier. I have had the absolute joy of watching Oddie for 6 years now. Even as health complications popped up, he was still the most easy going pup I’ve ever met. The early mornings, meds, and shots never phased him. I’ll miss taking him for rides in his wagon, the constant snuggles, and those sweet little ears that always melt my heart. I love you and miss you, Sweet Odes.

When I say I love your pets like my own, I truly mean it. Give your pets a snuggle tonight in Oddie’s honor.

I love this idea! It’s so important for kids to know how to interact with animals!

We are excited to offer a FREE kids class to help them learn a little more about proper dog interaction! 🐶

More than 4.5 million people are bitten by dogs each year, at least half of those are children. Most dog bites affecting children are while interacting with familiar dogs! 😱

We want to help the children in our community have a better understanding of dog interaction to help prevent bites! And to help children that are fearful of dogs become more comfortable. This will be fun and informative. 🐾

Our first class will be limited to 15 kids from ages 5-10, and up to 2 adults with each child/family. It will be first come, first serve on registrations received. The registration form is below. ⬇️
All attendees must be registered!

Buck is one of my daily dogs and it has been amazing to watch him grow! The first picture is from my first visit with him at only 4 months old. He finally grew into those ears!

I’ve been watching this diva and her brother for 6 years now. In fact, they were my very first clients when I decided to branch out beyond just friends and family. Here’s to many more years of her trying to tell me what to do. 😂🥰

The only thing more important to me than your trust is your pets’ trust!
Last week I had the joy of hanging with these 5 cats who make up the Starship Enterpaws. 🖖
They’re the sweetest crew of cats but Lore is known to be 𝐞𝐱𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐦𝐞𝐥𝐲 shy. He spent my first few days of visits hiding behind the couch. But eventually I was able to win him over and by my last visits I had a snuggle buddy on my lap.
Those shy babies always give the best cuddles!
