Angry, Young & p̶o̶o̶r̶ Petting Pigs 🤘

AYP is happening this weekend at Ester Park!
August 8 staring at noon

FMN will be there again this year with a bunch of kool kids! We’ll have our 7 “berry” cute puppies & 6 MJ kitties that will all hopefully be available towards the end of the month 🐶🐱

🥁 annnnd we’ll have a special piggy pen that you can snuggle and feed our piggy friends in! 🐷 they are not adoptable but they are happy to help the rescue!

We can’t wait to enjoy it with you all 🕺

Final Woody Update 🥹🥰🐾
Woody has been ADOPTED!

Our sweet boy has made it to his final home with his forever family 💗 He is so loved and is already going on new adventures with them! He is sooo excited to teach them to skijor this winter 😉

We are so grateful for all of the support that Woody has received over the last several months. He is one lucky boy to be so loved throughout the state!

Meet Cecilia/Sicily/Sissy 👯‍♀️
4 year old lab poodle mix

Love & loyalty of a lab, brains & skills of a poodle - Cecilia is the rare best of both worlds combo! She has finished her vetting and is ready to bless her future lucky people with her presence 💗

Cecilia joined FMN with her housemate Scoop when their family was not able to continue to provide them with adequate time and care. They were incredibly loved and well cared for. It shows in their really fantastic personalities 🥰

Since moment one, Cecilia has been a hoot! She is a silly, goofy girl that is always making us laugh 🤪 Whether it is rolling in the dirt, chasing her tail, or swimming like a cat in water, she is always up to something ridiculous

Much like Scoop, Cecilia is also a medium to high energy dog. She enjoys daily walks and brain games to keep her stimulated and happy 💗 She is an avid fetcher and tries her best to swim 🤣 While her form isn’t the best, she is having fun and that’s what really matters

Cecilia would be most happy in an active home that can keep up with her energy and help her burn it through appropriate outlets 🏃‍♀️ She could be a great running partner, doggy playmate, or adventure buddy!

In our care, Cecilia has been fostered with other dogs and has been socialized with kids! She has done great with all other friendly dogs and has loved her kiddo friends 🥹 Cecilia has been interested in her kitty foster friends though with a playful demeanor and great control. Even so, she would do best in a home with no cats or dog-savvy cats with aware and attentive owners

Sissy is an incredibly sweet, fun loving, good natured girl ready to share her life with the very best of people! 🥹

Cecilia is looking for an active home with lots of love, room to run & fetch, and plenty of time to go out on the waters with her 💗

PUPDATE: I’ve been adopted🎉🎉

Meet Scoop 🍨
2 year old female springer spaniel labrador mix

Chocolately perfection, this full “scoop” of lovable sweetness is looking for a new place to call home! Scoop has completed her vetting and is ready to find her perfect match 🤎

Scoop joined FMN with her housemate Cecilia (Sissy) when their family was not able to continue to provide them with adequate time and care. They were incredibly loved and cared for and it shows in their wonderful personalities 🥰

Since day one, Scoop has been a certified good girl! She attaches to her person quickly and easily - and once you’re “hers” she has a strict no takesies backsies policy and she will demand to keep you forever 🤪 She is a loyal girl who loves hard!

Scoop is a medium to high energy girl and loves to be put to work! She has great recall and has loved joining her foster on long sniffari walks, hopping through talk grass and swimming in ponds and lakes on the way.

She’d do best in an active home that can keep up with her! Daily enrichment with physical and mental stimulation keeps this girl happiest 🥹 Whether is a sniffy walk in a new spot, swimming at the local watering holes, or learning new tricks - Scoop is eager to please and ready to learn!

In our care, Scoop has been the best love bug! She would crawl into her foster’s skin if she could! She is a big fan of nighttime snuggles on the porch on her human’s lap and is always by her side ready to give and receive love whenever needed 🥰

Scoop has been fostered with other dogs and been well socialized with kids! She has done great with other friendly dogs, but does prefer less “in your face” or pushy dogs as she is always on the clock with a job to do and those kinds of pups can get in the way 😉 though she is friendly to all! Scoop has been interested in her foster kitty friends but with friendly curiosity and good impulse control. Scoop would do best with no cats or dog-savvy cats and attentive and aware owners.

Our sweet Scoop has been such a wonderful joy to have around and we are really going to miss this girl! But we know she is going to make her real new owners very happy!! 🤎

Scoop is looking for a happy, loving, active family with plenty of room for zoomies and cuddles and space in the car for one more adventure buddy!

Dane-iel update! 🐾

Our handsome boy had a crazy, busy week last week 😅🩵

As Dane tend to do, Dane-iel had an excessive amount of bleeding post-op! It required follow up visits, more medication, and additional bandaging protocols.

BIG thank you to Tabitha Plambeck for sharing urgent meds with Dane-iel that we couldn’t get elsewhere! We super appreciate you! you rock 🤘

Dane-iel also met some new friends with The Crash Cart and accepted their $950 donation raised from their weekend market!! 🥰🚑☕️🐾

Despite the crazy week, Dane-iel has handled all of it with such grace! He is really a great dog 🥹 We can’t imagine just how happy his is going to be once we’re through with his recovery 🫶

Including Dane-iel’s additonal charges from this week, his total cost of care is sitting at $4,803.36! With all new donations since our last update, we’ve raised $3,758.30

Leaving us with $1,045.06 left to raise and cover his care! 👏

We have some new ideas coming this week to help fundraise this remaining amount - but if you’d like to help before then, we’d super appreciate it!! 🩵 Dane-iel may even grace you with his presence and a big, slobbery french kiss 😘

Meet the Fantastic Four 🌃☄️💪🐱
12 week old longhair kittens

4 times the action. 4 times the adventure. 4 times the fantastic.

Fantastic in more ways than we could ever possibly share, these adorable kittios are ready to save their people from a life of boredom and despair! 🫶

These kitties have been so much fun and a great addition to our rescue chaos! In their time with us, they have been fostered and socialized with kids, dogs, and other cats🐱🐶👧🏻 They have all done exceptionally well with proper introduction to more rambunctious doggy friends, and easily with everyone else!

These four have been wonderful guests - using litterbox appropriately and paying their daily kitten kiss bed tax without complaint. All four of these sweet babies have just the sweetest, most loving personalities. It will be hard for anyone who meets them to not fall hard in love! 🥹

In relation to each other, Mr. Fantastic is the most outgoing and confident! He loves to explore and is always the first to try new things! But not far behind is Invisible Woman. She has more survival instincts than her brother but is just confident

Meet Dumpling & Bao 🥟🥡
10 week old male shorthair kittens

Can you name a cuter duo than this? 🥹 We won’t hold our breath! This cutie pie pair has been with us through thick and thin over the last several weeks and we are so excited to finally share them with you and see them move onto bigger, better lives with their new people 🥰

These two came to us as teeny tiny babies a bit scared and confused with their worlds just having turned upside down! As they’ve grown, they’ve developed into the most fun, confident little kitties with so much curiosity and playfulness 😍 They have brought us SO much joy. Their rescue departure will be bittersweet but we know they will continue to grow into the best adult cats ever (and hope to get lots of updates from their families!)

In our care, Dumpling and Bao have been fostered with dogs and adult cats! They have been socialized and handled by kiddos on a regular basis. These two are big lovers that are happy with any and all attention from just about anyone - big, small, two-legged or four. They would be happy to share their love with lots of friends in their new home 🩵

Dumpling and Bao are the sweetest, most playful kitties! They are both professional feather wand chasers (& champions) and share the employee of the month title at our biscuit kneading factory 🏆💪

They are looking for new homes that will love and appreciate them to the fullest extent possible. They would love to find home with lots of room on the couch for snuggles, extra blankets to burrow in, and plenty of time to play! 🥰

Incredible news 🥹🩵 All of our available pets waiting for their people have gone home! 🎉

We’ve had a fantastic month full of really wonderful adoptions! We couldn’t be more excited for them to finally get their happily ever afters

We still have lots of pets in our care waiting to be medically cleared before becoming available 🥰 some will be available very soon! some in 8-12 weeks (looking at you Dane-iel 🤣)
