Looking for a fun way to build teamwork with your dog? No Need To Run! focuses on communication, relationship building, and skill development—not speed.

Teams will work through a variety of exercises that combine:

✨ Obstacles and equipment such as raised planks, tunnels, wobble boards, and cavaletti
✨ Behaviors and tricks including sits, downs, stays, and targeting
✨ Handling skills like left and right-side work, figure eights, sends, and recalls

This class is all about developing confidence, strengthening your partnership, and learning to work together as a team while navigating a variety of challenges.

Whether you're interested in dog sports or simply want a fun, engaging class to build your dog's skills, this course offers something for everyone!

Thinking about agility? Start with the foundation skills that make future agility training successful!

This class is designed specifically to prepare dogs and handlers for agility by developing confidence, body awareness, motivation, and teamwork. You'll build the skills needed to create a strong foundation before introducing agility equipment.

Skills include:
✨ Body awareness exercises
✨ Confidence-building games
✨ Handler focus vs. forward focus
✨ Recalls
✨ Start-line stays
✨ Working comfortably on both sides of the handler
✨ And more!

Exercises will be adjusted for younger puppies with little or no prior training, making this a great introduction to dog sports.

Prerequisites:
🐶 Puppies under 5 months: No prior training required
🐶 Dogs over 5 months: Completion of Puppy Kindergarten, Basics for Puppies, or Basic Manners

What a wonderful day at the Rescue Rally at East Fallowfield Township Park! 🐾

DTCCC had a fantastic time connecting with local rescues, dog lovers, and members of the community while sharing more about who we are and what we do.
