Leo left this world today. He was nearly 20 years old and that is impressive even without FIV. But he had “the FIV” so his longevity was extra amazing.

Hug your kitties a little longer today, tomorrow is not promised.

Update:
His appointment is at 10am
Our most handsome Leo is not well. He’s been losing weight for a few months but the loss is happening much faster lately. This morning he was having some new neurological looking issues. The vet has been emailed and we are on standby to go as soon as they call us. He’s sleeping right now. We fear today is the day for us to say goodbye to him.
If you want to come see him do so this morning, as we are unsure when we will go. And maybe he will come home, but it’s highly unlikely
Give him quiet pets, don’t pick him up, speak softly.
