Yesterday our tropical plant supplier sent a surprise email. They are quitting, no more tropical plants. I have secured another supplier but their prices are double what we were paying and I just don't think the market will support those higher prices. Until we can find another reasonable priced outlet we will no longer carry houseplants. I tried to do one last order today, but they don't have any of the basics that sell well (pothos, basic philodendron), so whatever is in the store is the end.
