Happy Holidays everyone! Our business hours will be slightly different during the holiday season. If you need a prescription refilled, please reach out in advance! Our team asks that you give them 24-48 hours to fill a medication so plan accordingly. **Any refill requests on an emergency basis (i.e. less than 24 hrs notice or through the Emergency Center) will incur an additional fee.

WOO HOO, do we have some exciting news for you!!!🎉🎊
We will be upgrading our Xray machine this coming Monday November 25th, 2024! During this time, we will not have the capability to take any radiographs throughout the day, but should be back online and better than every by Tuesday the 26th. We thank you all for your patience.

Dear valued clients,

We are excited to announce that we will be moving our office to a larger location and will be operating alongside our sister practice, The Newberry Animal Emergency Center, on June 3rd 2024. We will now be offering our general practice services at the 1640 Old Trail Rd Etters PA 17319 location starting June 3rd. Our general practice hours will remain 9:00AM-5:00PM Monday-Friday and 8:00AM-4:00PM Saturday. Our contact number will also remain the same during this merger. To schedule appointments, food pickups, medication requests, or to ask general questions, please call 717-938-1015.

Starting June 3rd 2024, the Newberry Animal Emergency Center will also be offering urgent care and walk-in services at the same location Mon-Sat 12:00PM-12:00AM and Sun 8:00AM-8:00PM. We ask that if your pet is experiencing an emergency, please call our emergency line at 717-817-2222.

If you have any questions in regards to this change, please call us at 717-938-1015. We appreciate everyone’s understanding and patience during this relocation.

Good News for Newberry! We are now offering Nexgard Plus (Canine) & Nexgard Combo (Feline). This new product is a 3 in 1 preventative. Fleas/Ticks/Heartworm! It also protects against other parasites as well. Our canine preventative is a once a month oral medication & our feline preventative is a once a month topical. Today we had GOOD BOY, Declan here for a wellness checkup. Declan's owner was concerned about a small lump on his chest. Dr. Henzler suggested we do an FNA (Fine Needle Aspirate) to make sure it's nothing serious. His team rounded up next to him to help perform the small procedure. Luckily, it was just lipoma (Fatty mass).

It's always good to let your Veterinarian know everything about your pet and any concerns you may have. Thank you to our Newberry team! We always have your back.

WORLD VETERINARY DAY!

"The World Veterinary Association (WVA) and Health for Animals announced that this year’s theme is “Veterinarians are essential health workers.” The 2024 World Veterinary Day will be held on April 27 and is an opportunity to celebrate the contributions of veterinarians to the health of animals, people, and the environment."

We want to give a HUGE SHOUTOUT to Dr. Neubaum, Dr. Turley, Dr. Henzler & their vet tech team for their extraordinary care and compassion for our pets. We could not do it without them! Did you know that Penguins have a day to celebrate!? Neither did we!

Here is to all our Penguin-loving fans out there and some interesting, fun facts about them.

3. The oldest penguin fossils are 62 million years old. WOW!
