Big news for York County! 🐾

We’re excited to welcome Patrick Noll as our new Humane Society Police Officer, starting April 14. With more than 20 years of experience in animal welfare and cruelty investigations, Patrick brings both compassion and expertise to help protect animals and support our community.

His work will focus on investigating cruelty and neglect, enforcing Pennsylvania animal welfare laws, and working alongside local law enforcement and residents to create better outcomes for animals.

This is a powerful step forward in strengthening our ability to serve York County and be a voice for animals who need it most.
