Today was our six-week vet appointment, and these sweet babies did absolutely fantastic!

Everyone received a thorough exam, and every single puppy got a clean bill of health! 🙌🏼 Healthy hearts, healthy bodies, and growing just like they should be.

We love this milestone because it’s another important step in making sure our puppies are healthy and thriving before they head home to their families. And, of course, it’s also great exposure—new people, new smells, new surfaces, being handled by someone they don’t know, and learning that a trip to the vet can be a positive experience.

So proud of this little crew! 🤎🐾

Before our puppies ever experience actual clippers, we start with something much simpler — an electric toothbrush! 🪥

The toothbrush gives them a gentle introduction to the sound, vibration, and sensation they’ll eventually experience during grooming. We slowly let them feel it around their face, muzzle, ears, paws, and body while keeping the whole experience positive and low-pressure.

It may seem like such a little thing, but these small exposures add up! Our goal isn’t just to raise adorable puppies — it’s to help prepare them for the things they’ll encounter throughout their lives. ❤️

By introducing grooming sounds, handling, brushing, nail trims, the grooming table, dryer, and other experiences while they’re still young, we’re helping build confidence and making future grooming appointments a whole lot less intimidating.

Just another little piece of how we raise our Owenadoodle puppies before they head home. 🐶💕

🏔️ Maggie + Cedric’s Mini Mountain Goldendoodles are coming soon! 🏔️

We are officially just a couple of weeks away from meeting Maggie & Cedric’s babies, and I am SO excited about this litter! 🤎🐾

This will be Maggie’s very first litter, and she is such a special girl to us. Maggie is a fourth-generation Owen-a-Doodle girl, daughter of Ellie & Rooster, and comes from generations of dogs we know and love. She is incredibly affectionate, confident, easy to train, loves her people, and is the definition of a little “shadow dog.” 🥰

And then there’s handsome little Cedric! Together, these two are expecting our Mini Mountain Goldendoodles — combining our established Goldendoodle lines with Bernedoodle genetics to create some seriously adorable little puppies. 😍

We are expecting these babies to mature around 18–26 lbs, making them such a fun smaller size. And just LOOK at these two parents… I seriously cannot wait to see what they produce! 🤎🖤🤍

Pup-date on Gus, formerly Samson, one of Barbie’s baby and Zuli and Cayenne’s brother! 💙

He’s a little over 6 months old now and already 47 pounds!

His family sent me these pictures along with the sweetest update, telling me what a happy boy he is and how much they absolutely LOVE him. 🥹💙

I seriously never get tired of these updates. Seeing our babies grow up, thriving, and being so incredibly loved by their families is just the BEST.

And that face hanging over the ledge?! 😂😍 I can’t even handle how cute he is!

Good boy, Gus!! We love watching you grow! 💙🐾

Happy 1st Birthday to Knox!! 🥳🎉🐾

How in the world is this handsome boy already ONE?! 😍 His guardian family sent me this picture this morning, and I just love seeing him so happy and so very loved. ❤️

Knox has been growing up in an amazing guardian home, and now that he’s officially one, we’re getting ready for the next exciting step—finishing up his OFA health testing! 🙌🏻

If everything comes back just as we hope, Knox will officially be cleared to become one of our future Owenadoodle daddies! 🥹❤️ I’m so excited about this boy and what he could bring to our program.
