Merry Christmas!!!!
If you're going to suggest an emergency animal hospital for someone who needs help, make sure that you know what their protocols are before recommending them. You had suggested Affordable Animal Emergency Clinic in Auburn to me when I called, and said NOT to call them, but to show up at 6.
I did just that, and they said that I should have shown up at 5, called them and gotten in line.
I was hoping that I had found a new vet, since my other one had failed me when it came to customer service...now I have to reconsider whether or not I want to be a new patient of yours, since you ALSO failed at customer service with me.
When you can't provide a service and are trying to refer people to a facility that can, make sure you know their procedures, so that you can make their experience as calm and positive as possible.
YOU MUST DO BETTER.
I understand that you are closed due to facilities issues. VCA Covington are willing to honor your CareClub membership services but are finding it equally difficult to reach you. The voicemail box is full, the app won't allow me to schedule appointments or send messages, and you do not have messaging enabled on your page. Please reach out to the Covington VCA hospital manager and arrange for them to temporarily honor the membership or cancel the membership and refund the several months you were not able to fulfill your obligations under the CareClub contract.
I need a copy of Arlie's shots so he can stay at the kennel. I have been leaving messages and emails...no response. Gwen Carston or Charles Carston 253 486 9029. Please help!!!
Thank you, Dr. Vellandi, for helping Vincent and Miabella be healthier doggies!
Dr. Vellandi couldn't resist this cute face.
ATTENTION DOG LOVERS!, except for the rabies Vaccine, which is given every three years, I would urge all dog owners to do research on the DHLPP Vaccine that your Vet may recommend your dog receive yearly. They may be causing more harm than good. Please look up Patricia Jordan DVM on line and read her articles on annual Vaccines and how they may be harming your best friend. You just may save your dogs life!
