Jai and myself came home with 7th place in our first show together! 🎉💙🩵

Only one rail in stadium to bump us down, but not to shabby!!

For a horse I have produced from the beginning of his new career, from Racehorse to Event Horse, i cannot complain one bit!

It was great to work with them at home this past weekend!

I'm proud of Barbie, committing to work through all the things with her boy. With being back in the saddle on her boy for 2 1/2 months, they're doing great as a team!
Its a mental game and physical with horses. She is succeeding at both!

They both seem to really enjoy it! Good job Dyllan! Way to do the steps to get to this point, with the consistency in the riding and being effective in the saddle.

Hershey was able to get put on Equioxx for his little bit of arthritis and it has made him a very happy camper!

Last Friday, Lulu did a field trip over to a different arena. She handled it very well. ☀️

Her mom did all the prep before the ride at the different arena and it went very well!

They even got to play with the groundpoles and the box after their trot work!

When this mare puts her mind to work, she really does so darn well!
She came into the warmup a little hot, so we found a spot away from the crowd where we could get her brain back and focused. It made the world of a difference! I was able to get her brain with me and she did a phenomenal Intro B test. Placed 4th in the test.

Her 2nd test included canter, which were still working out ask the transition key points. But ultimately she behaved and kept listening. That's all I could have asked for!

For this being her first show ever, she came out and acted like a total rockstar. I couldn't have asked for a better first show for her!
She's got a special spot in my heart, knowing where she came from and being part of her life since then. There's a connection that we've established in our partnership.

Receiving a 70% in her test, scoring 8's on her centerlines was a cool deal. Finishing 2nd in her class! She listened so well, all our transitions were prompt and efficient.

Lulu has just started to truly find her stride at the new barn!

She's loving this big outdoor. She's comfortable in the outdoor to canter nicely.

She doesn't seem to mind all the activity. Which is super helpful for these horses to get used to more going on. It helps prep them for the show atmosphere where there can be a lot going on. Lots to look at and process.

Excited to see her and her mom progress this year as well!
