Alford Family Farm We are a strawberry, blueberry and blackberry U-Pick farm in Emory, Tx. Our homemade ice cream is always a favorite!

We open in April and by June we sell our fresh veggies as well as our pecans, jellies, jams and honey along with our berries. We are a family farm growing a diverse number of crops in a healthy, sustainable way. These include strawberries, blueberries and blackberries which we sell through our farmers markets and Pick Your Own operation here at the farm. We have 380 mature Pecan trees that we hope

to harvest each year. Our muscadine grape vineyard produces both jumbo and small red and golden grapes, Michael grows at least 6 varieties of tomatoes each year in his vegetable garden as well as onions, zucchini, squash and more. He has rebuilt his aquaponic greenhouse where he starts all of his seedlings before planting as well as cares for his extensive collection of bonsai trees. Our Belted Galloway Cattle, who some call the oreo cookie cows can be seen grazing in our pasture and you will enjoy being greeted by our free range chickens, dogs, cats and koi fish...Check out our website if you get a chance....I am always trying to add more pictures and information there!

Blueberries and Blackberries are done with their production for the season. HOWEVER,
We have 20 lb. boxes of Celebrity and Heirloom tomatoes for $25...Boxes of cucumbers, both pickling and Asian? ( the long variety) for $15 a box.
Onions, peppers, squash, zucchini, shish*to peppers are also available.
AND, of course, Tom's Homemade ice cream!

We are still open Monday thru Saturday, 8 to 3...Closed Sunday.

There's still time to come out and support our little farming endeavor! Hope to see ya'll before we are closed for the season!

Michael will be at the Denton Market selling boxed tomatoes for $25, along with his onions, cucumbers, squash, golden zucchini, eggplant, peppers and TOMATOES!

We will be open at the farm tomorrow from 8am to 3pm, selling the same, along with our ice cream.

Hope to see you tomorrow then...just a reminder that we will be closed on Sunday, but reopen on Monday at 8am sharp!

Many things are starting to slow down here on the farm, including myself 😂.  but tomatoes are not one of them if anyone is interested in boxes of tomatoes they are $25 apiece at the farm and I’m also bringing extra boxes to Denton farmers market tomorrow. Sorry for the late notice but if anyone is interested or has a friend they think might be interested come out to the farmers market. These boxes usually run around 20 pounds

We have boxes of tomatoes! A 20 # box of tomatoes is $25...Boxed cucumbers $15.

Our blueberries are done for the season, we still have blackberries.

And of course...ice cream! All flavors!

Today's update on what's available here.

Tomatoes! Boxed tomatoes are $25, both Celebrity and heirloom tomatoes.

Blueberries are still sparse, but still producing/ripening everyday. Blackberries are plentiful.

Produce available: zucchini, squash, cucumbers by the box $15, onions, eggplant, peppers, peppers, peppers, green beans

And ice cream of course!

We will be open tomorrow Monday the 8th for berry picking the fields are a little wet but the picking is real good so bring you old shoes or boots and come picking. Also have lots of fresh veggies to sale

Our BERRY update for Saturday!!---

We have LOTS of blueberries AND blackberries for picking--

We also have tons of heirloom tomatoes, bell peppers, cucumbers, squash, onions, eggplant and cherry tomatoes.

We're in full swing here! Open tomorrow from 8am to 3pm.
We will be closed on Sunday.
