Spike sure was showing off yesterday, letting everyone touch the velvet on his antlers! This kind of moment is what makes our Meet the Bison program special. Only 15 people, ages 5+, are allowed each month Feb-Oct for the behind the scenes event that gets you this close to the elk and bison (though touching the bison is not recommended!). August is already fully booked but there are still September 27th and October 25th openings. Email [email protected] for more info or to reserve your spots -- $5 each. Photo: Mike Danahey.
