💗MEET SISSY💗
She is a beautiful 11 week old American Bully girl that we brought into our group this weekend-
She is blind - unfortunately before her eyes were open, she had an infection that went untreated, creating her blindness.
She visited our vet yesterday and we were told, at this time, there is nothing that we can do help improve her vision.
We think she may be able to see shadows and some light but not very well. However, This may change with time.
We will be taking her to a specialist to confirm and do some extra testing if needed
She is a very spunky and happy girl and is very smart.
Here is a DNA report for Polar Bear born on December 9, 2020. A LITTLE BIT OF EVERYTHING! And he is doing well, loosing teeth, going to doggie training, growing strong and has a happy disposition (most of the time).
Jessie and Daisy love the trampoline!
I would like to share our Izzy formally Lady. We adopted this baby almost 4 years ago. Spoiled but we wouldn’t have it any other way!
Nicole Fluhart is a deposit operations representative at our Woodstock bank and also volunteers for Always Room 4 More Paws animal shelter. She created this tree to be displayed at the Geneva History Museum and made all decorations by hand! Please consider voting for her tree and supporting this organization.

Today's Geneva Giving Tree highlight is Always Room 4 More Paws, a non-profit organization that exists to rescue and re-home animal companions.
We are a small group of volunteers trying to make a big difference in the lives of these wonderful animals that have found themselves in need.
We rescue animals from high kill shelters, nurse them back to health, and place then in temporary foster homes. Our foster homes provide love, socialization, and start the animal on basic training. Since our animals are in foster homes, we are able to learn about their individual personalities which aids in making a great match with their forever family. Visit the museum to view their tree and VOTE TODAY at the Museum from 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. or at GenevaHistoryMuseum.org thru December 21.
Daisy is the statue of the same flower bed!
Jesse found a comfortable flower bed to take a nap in this afternoon!
On Jan 28, 2017 was the first time Always Room 4 More Paws had an adoption event at Farm and Fleet in Elgin. I was instantly attracted to a Beagle mix they called Buddy. We already had a Barney, so we named him Fred. Fred was an older dog that someone gave up on. He’s the most laid back, chill, easy going dog I’ve ever seen. He must have had a rough life before coming to alway room 4 more paws, he always seemed thankful for what he had. We decided that if we just let him live out his retirement on our couch he’d have a good retirement. Today he crossed the rainbow bridge to dog heaven. He will be missed. More importantly, thank you to Alway Room 4 More Paws for taking him in and bringing him into our life!
Daisy and Jesse grown up now (the Dukes of Hazzard puppies).
