Orange Bergamot Mint or Eau de Cologne mint (Mentha × piperita f. citrata)
Is a delicious herb with a unique aroma.

Eau de Cologne mint has a strong odor due to the two chemical constituents, linalyl acetate and linalool, which make up around 90% of the oil and make it perfect for the perfumery industry, potpourri, and aromatherapy.
It can also be used to make a delicious tea that may help aid digestion and ease mild headaches.

Quince are getting close to being ripe and ready to u-pick. They are ready to harvest when they turn from green to yellow and lose a bit of their surface fuzz. Once ripe, when the fruit is tugged on the stem will break away from the tree easily. Quince must be cooked to be enjoyed. They have a lovely aroma.
