Lucid is a mali /gsd mix located in El Paso TX. He’s tested well with kids and shown no interest in small dogs. He attends dog daycare daily and has been good with most dogs. He’s fixed, chipped, vaccinated, and heartworm (4DX) negative. He’s also on flea/tick/heartworm prevention. Vet reference required for adoption.

Capella is a 2-3 yo shepherd or shepherd mix located in El Paso TX. She tested well with kids and does doggy daycare every day though she did start an altercation with an exceptionally timid dog at an adoption event for no reason we can discern. She hasn’t had issues with any other dogs except that one. She’s even been ok with small dogs though I feel she’s too energetic for them. She’s fixed, chipped, vaccinated, and heartworm negative. She’s on flea/tick/heartworm prevention as well. Vet reference required for adoption.

This dog has been at Animal Services Center of the Mesilla Valley since AUGUST! Please adopt/rescue her! We have about $30 in our account right now but may take her in after the new year if we can get some funding. In the meantime, it would be ideal if she found a home for the holidays. She’s already spayed!

No Christmas miracle for Lucid or Capella as of yet. Both are still in boarding and available for adoption. Both are fully vetted and dog friendly. Both are pretty young, but old enough to hold their bladder. Capella had an issue with a super timid dog at an adoption event so stable dogs would be a better companion for her. Both did great at a 5k: non reactive and made great running buddies: both rode well in the car, though Lucid does not like to load. Both are heartworm negative and big. Vet reference and contract required for adoption. El Paso TX.
