Dog parks, know before you go!

Dog parks can be great fun — but they’re not suitable for every dog. Watch your dog's body language (and that of other dogs) closely. Also monitor for rough play, avoid bringing food or toys that could cause squabbles, and make sure your pup is up-to-date on vaccines.

☀️We're coming up on a steamy weekend! Before you and your pet take a dive into the water to cool off, check the area to make sure it is clear and safe for swimming. Blue-green algae is very toxic for both you and your pet so steer clear if you see this in the water!
If you suspect your pet may have ingested blue-green algae, we recommend seeking emergency veterinary care as soon as possible.
