Best Friends Boarding Kennel Pricing Update

To continue providing safe, clean, and high-quality care for your pets, our boarding rates will be updated effective June 1, 2026.

New Standard Boarding Rates:

• $35/Day - for one dog
• $28/Day - for each additional dog

This adjustment helps offset rising operating, staffing, cleaning, and care costs while allowing us to continue improving our facility and services.

As a thank you to our loyal clients, existing customers will continue to receive legacy pricing for a limited time on reservations booked before 6/1/26.

We truly appreciate your continued trust and support and look forward to caring for your pets for many years to come.

DEPOSIT POLICY

Revised and effective immediately – May 17, 2026

A deposit is required to secure all boarding reservations.

Deposits are due immediately upon booking.

You will receive a text from Square Inc. containing your payment link.
(link will be sent to the primary phone number on your file)

Reservations will be automatically canceled if the deposit is not paid within 12 hours.

DEPOSIT REQUIREMENTS

- Off-Season (Nov. 1 – Feb. 28): 25% of estimated total
- Peak Season (Mar. 1 – Oct. 31): 30% of estimated total
- Holiday Reservations: 35% of estimated total

Please Note: Best Friends Boarding Kennel, LLC, at it's sole discretion, reserves the right to require a “high-risk” deposit of up to 75% based on a client’s history of cancellations and/or no-shows.

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation by the owner for any reason will result in forfeiture of the deposit.

If the reservation is honored as originally scheduled, the deposit will be applied toward the final balance.

Friendly reminder: If you are new to our kennel or have not boarded with us since May 2024, you must complete our new client registration form before requesting a boarding reservation.

We’ve received a number of requests, but we’re unable to process them without the information from this form.
