Subject: Temporary Closure & Business Transition Update
Dear Valued Paws N Pals Family,
We are writing to share an important and exciting update about the future of Paws N Pals. We have made the decision to sell the business to new owners who are eager to continue providing the exceptional care and service you and your pets deserve.
We are immensely grateful for your loyalty and the joy of caring for your furry family members over the years.
📅 Temporary Closure Details
To facilitate a smooth transition, we will be temporarily closing our doors for most services:
Temporary Closure Date: Effective Monday, November 3rd, we will be temporarily suspending daycare and grooming services until the sale is complete.
Reopening: We anticipate that services will resume under the new ownership shortly after the transition is finalized. We will update you immediately as soon as a reopening date is confirmed.
✅ What This Means for Your Credits and Services
We are committed to ensuring this transition is as seamless as possible for you:
Pre-Paid Packages & Credits: Please be assured that all outstanding deposits, credits, and pre-paid packages will be fully honored by the new owners once they take over operations.
Boarding Services: Boarding will be available on an as-needed basis until the new owners assume management. Please call or text to arrange any urgent boarding needs during this interim period.
