Henry and Daisy — littermates who started out very dependent on each other. Like many siblings, they leaned on one another for comfort and courage in new situations. While that bond is sweet, it can sometimes hold pups back from developing their own confidence.

Through structured training, individual sessions, impulse controls drills and plenty of positive reinforcement, Henry and Daisy have learned to thrive on their own. They now show independence, resilience, and the ability to succeed whether together or apart.

At Mac Academy, we know that confidence building is one of the most important skills for young pups — especially littermates. By teaching dogs to trust themselves, we set them up for a lifetime of stability, courage, and success.

🐾 Henry & Daisy, the 7‑month‑old Irish Creme Retrievers, came in a little stubborn at first but with bonding, structure, and consistent training, they’ve grown into confident pups who now perform their commands with ease. In just 2 weeks, they’ve made incredible progress—and I’m excited to see their continued success!

🐾 Puppy Class

• Duration: 6 weeks
• Time: Mondays at 6:00 PM (30 minutes)
• Curriculum: Basic commands, proper socialization, and AKC S.T.A.R. Puppy program
• Price: $125

• Time: Mondays at 6:40 PM (1 hour)
• Curriculum: Foundational commands, socialization, body language, and bonding exercises

Henry & Daisy, energetic 7‑month‑old golden retrievers, have officially started their two‑week board & train! ✨

Over the next 2 weeks, they’ll be working hard on obedience, focus, and learning how to thrive even around distractions. Golden retrievers are known for their playful spirit and big hearts, and we’re excited to channel that energy into building strong foundations that will last a lifetime.

Huge shoutout to every dog and handler who showed up, put in the reps, and kept the energy high. You crushed it! whether it was mastering distractions, tightening obedience, or just building that bond.

Consistency is the name of the game. Keep practicing, keep growing, and keep celebrating the wins (big and small).

Shadow kicked off his training journey today with a strong start! We focused on name recognition, sit, down, and heel—laying the foundation for clear communication and trust. More importantly, we spent time building a bond so Shadow feels confident, safe, and ready to learn.

He’s already showing great potential, and we’re excited to see how far he’ll go the next couple week’s.
