In my 20+ years of computer repair this by far the worst case of a swollen battery I have ever come across.
The swell actually popped the trackpad out of place and warped the palm rest.

A bloated (swollen) laptop battery is a serious fire hazard caused by gas buildup from deteriorating internal components. Stop using the laptop immediately, disconnect it from power, and do not attempt to puncture or remove the battery yourself. It must be professionally replaced and safely disposed of.

Just took delivery on this new hydraulic lift, this way the larger gaming computers can be elevated to eye level and can be wheeled in and out of the shop.
Some of these beasts can be 50-80 lbs.
