🐾 A Reminder from your VCA Animal Hospital 🐾

Daylight Saving Time ends this Sunday, November 2nd at 2:00 AM - don't forget to set your clocks back one hour!

While you'll enjoy an extra hour of sleep, your furry friends might need a little help adjusting! Here are some tips to help your pets through the time change:

🐕 Gradually shift feeding times by 10-15 minutes over several days
🐈 Keep medication schedules consistent with your pet's internal clock
🦴 Be patient - some pets take a few days to adjust to the new routine
🌙 With earlier darkness, use reflective gear and lights for evening walks
⏰ Remember to update any automatic feeders or pet cameras

Pro tip: If your pet wakes you at their "old" breakfast time, try a calming activity or puzzle toy to help them wait!
