🐾 Coming Soon: Meet Frasier! This stunning 6–7 month old solid black German Shepherd puppy isn’t quite ready for adoption yet, but we had to share his sweet face. Frasier is affectionate, gentle, and he’s already made a great impression with his calm, loving nature. He’s been polite with other dogs, loves belly rubs, and is soaking up attention like a champ. Stay tuned as he settles into his foster home and gets ready to find the perfect family!💫

The GSRA team works hard to match the right dog with the perfect family which means that sometimes our ‘Coming Soon’ dogs may already be paired with an approved adopter before they officially become available for adoption.

Did you know that August is "Itchy Pet Awareness Month?". Seasonal allergies tend to kick up around this time so it was given that designation, but allergies can occur all year round and manifest differently in pets. Part Husky, part German Shepherd, sweet Hank is still available for adoption. He is a happy, playful pup (almost 1 1/2 years) who enjoys play chase with other dogs and chilling with his people. He is crate-trained, good on a leash and fine in the car. Check out his bio!

This stunning two-year-old shepherd mix has a beautiful coat and a personality to match. Mali is a smart, energetic girl who lives for adventure and loves her people more than anything. She's looking for an active, outdoorsy family that can keep up with her playful spirit and give her all the love she deserves.

Mali would thrive in a home with a fenced yard and does best with no cats or small dogs. She’d likely do best with a confident male dog who can match her energy and playfulness. If you're ready to add a little more fun and a lot more love to your life, Mali is waiting for you!

Most of our dogs come to GSRA nameless, and we choose a name that we think fits their traits or personalities. That brings us to Rosie, a relative newcomer to GSRA. Her early life wasn’t easy, but she is blossoming into the perfect…well, rose. Gentle. Loving. Smart. Loyal. Ember's trial didn't work out, but through no fault of her own. The resident dog decided she wasn't the right fit, and now our sweet girl is back with GSRA and ready for her second chance at a forever home! We know her perfect family is out there waiting for her.

Sweet Ember is a beautiful 4-month-old black pup with a heart of gold! This playful girl is a social butterfly who loves to cuddle with her furry friends and give kisses to her favorite humans. She's a pro at crate training and is ready to light up your life with her silly puppy antics and affectionate nature. Is your home ready for a little puppy love?

Scooby is a little bit of everything, and a whole lot of love! This one-year-old pup loves to run, chase, hang out with canine pals, and attend to goings-on at his home. And when he’s tired or sees someone settling down on a couch, he’s right there for cuddles, hugs, and love. Did we mention that he’s smart? He wants to bond with his humans, and all he needs for that is gentleness, time, and respect. Then he’ll give you those beautiful, soulful eyes and you’re off to a great relationship.

Meet Sweet Lucy!

If you know Lucy from Peanuts, you’ll recognize her in this pup—playful, a little bossy, and always ready for mischief. Lucy is an energetic, fun-loving girl who adores toys, zoomies, and romping in a fenced yard. She’s food-motivated, house-trained, and crate-trained (she settles best with her crate covered) and is learning leash manners and basic commands.

She’s not much of a cuddler right now—playtime is her priority—and she can be a bit mouthy, so she’s best in a home without small children. Lucy rides well in the car (though she may need a little coaxing to hop in) and will thrive with a strong, experienced leader who understands her breed and puppy energy.

She’s full of personality and guaranteed to make you laugh with her antics!
