To the clients of Cove Mountain Animal Hospital, please see this important message from Dr. Schwartz:
“I am formally announcing my decision to retire from my veterinary career after 46 years at Clarks Ferry Veterinary Hospital and Cove Mountain Animal Hospital. After careful consideration, I believe it is time for me to embark on the next chapter of my life. Age and medical issues are the reasons for my departure. As of now, I’m going to work as a relief veterinarian for Dr. Wilson, as it would be impossible to abruptly leave a career that I’ve loved. I want to take this opportunity to express my deepest appreciation and gratitude to my clients, old and new, for providing me with a truly rewarding career. Throughout my years, I have had the privilege of working with a support team that was willing to learn and was always by my side.
Dr. Emily Wilson has taken over Cove Mountain Animal Hospital. I am confident she will do a phenomenal job as she takes on the responsibilities and joys of caring for your pets.
Nora and I will definitely miss our clientele and all the pets I’ve cared for in the past 46 years.”
Cove Mountain wishes Doc a well-deserved retirement full of fishing, hunting, and training his latest sidekick, Trevor. Thank you for all you’ve done for this community.
