🐾 Meet Uno! 💕

-He is a gorgeous Maine C**n Cat!
-He’s 5 years old.
-He has only one functioning eye but we think it makes him so unique and all the more adorable!

Uno’s mom was worried that he would be a bit stand off-ish during our visits since he can be a bit of a scaredy cat! He’s not a fan of loud noises and can be a bit weary of fast movements. During our very first visit we found him under the bed and took our time respectfully coaxing him out. Lucky for us he is VERY treat motivated and it didn’t take too long before he was out and about and ready for pets!

Uno loves being brushed! He’ll roll around all over his brushes on his own and happily welcomes being pampered and preened!

The more time we spend with Uno, the more his confidence continues to grow and by our last drop-in he was comfortably slinking around the entire house — master of his domain!

Welcome, Uno! Thank you for being such a trusting & sweet boy! We look forward to even more visits with you soon!😻

🐾 Meet Blueberry! 💕

-She is a Domestic Shorthaired Calico Cat. Her coloring was really interesting! She even has a bit of a blue tint to her so the name is very fitting! 🫐
-She’s 8 years old.
-We spent some quality time doing drop-in visits while her family was away earlier this month!

On Day One of our drop-ins Blueberry was initially a tad cautious. She welcomed our pets but she would also let out a little hiss telling us she preferred being the one to initiate greetings! After her boundaries were set — it was smooth sailing. By Day Two and beyond she knew we were there to feed her and provide her with copious treats so she was ready and welcoming during our visits!

Blueberry is a total country cat. Her absolute favorite spot is the all-seasons porch where she’s able to look out on the pond and watch all the wildlife in her backyard. We can see why she loves it out there so much! We spent the majority of our time enjoying the breeze and bird calls right along with her out there. What a wondrous woodland haven.

Welcome, Blueberry! Thank you for being such a good girl! We had look forward to future visits with you. 😻
