Hi all,

This is Chisme’s mom, Kayla.
Chisme is an 8mo Malinois female, a daughter of everyone’s favorite fur missile, Nauti 🩷
Chisme “Cheesy Beans” is our absolutely best girl that, in a freak potty break accident, fractured her knee and will require two intensive surgeries to repair. She is being cared for at UGA (University of Georgia) Veterinary Hospital in Athens, GA.
At 8 months old, this could be a potentially career ending injury if not handled carefully and quickly. Chisme would love to be able to get back to her training, bitework and traveling with her family.
We’ve received nothing but positive reports about her demeanor and her stoicism while trying to be the absolute best girl for her care team. Despite her pain, she has given nothing but love and kindness right back to her team.

I know I’m the worlds worst at asking for help, but right now I need it.
I have several fundraising efforts ongoing for ruffland crates to help with the cost, gear and transport vehicles for sale. As it stands, it could run between 10,000-15,000 for her care and both surgeries.

Any funds raised over the cost of her care will be donated back to the community to benefit our local animal shelters.

Donations may also be made directly to the University of Georgia Veterinary Hospital under “Chisme” / Kayla Gault -ACCT 337177
