Hey yall,

I want to first off thank all of you for everything you have done to help my family and I through this journey. God has blessed me with a community of generous, loving, and incredibly supportive people.

I have amazing doctors, nurses, and staff at UCBC (University Cancer & Blood Center) in Athens. Also, Dr. Phillips and her entire staff at Front Porch Family Medicine in Royston have been perfect and get the credit for the fast tracking of all the tests/procedures.

I do chemo and immunotherapy once a week for 2 weeks then I have an "off" week to rest and recover. Next week (April 29th) will be my 3rd round. After 8 rounds the oncologist will reevaluate me.

As far as pain goes there are good days and not so good days. I count my blessings with each passing day regardless. My husband, mama, and sister (along with many others) have been my rocks and I thank God every second for them.

Prayer is powerful. I knew that already and now I am experiencing it in a whole new way that is almost indescribable. I feel all of your prayers. Every single day. As weird as it sounds I'm excited, this journey will be something I can use to build my testimony. No matter what happens I will use this to bring people to Jesus. That gets a fire going in me :)

Hello to all of my sweet fur baby parents!

I'm making a post to update anyone that does not already know what is going on.

On Mar. 17th I had a CT scan done and it showed lesions and spots on my liver. My amazing doctor's fast tracked an MRI for me on the 18th and I was able to meet with a GNP on the 19th and the oncologist on the 20th. I have had doctor's tell me it is cancer and I've had doctor's tell me it could possibly be something else so right now we are taking it one step at a time.

Due to these health issues (fatigue, chest & abdominal pain, etc.) I will be closed until further notice (couple weeks). It makes me so incredibly sad to have to do this but with the uncertainty of upcoming appointments and how I feel each day it's for the best.

There are no words to express my gratitude towards each and every one that has prayed, stopped by, texted, and called 💗 I am BEYOND blessed to have the amazing support system of friends and family that God blessed me with.

There is no reason to be scared, we have Him and He has us 🥰

If anyone has any questions about their upcoming boarding reservations don't hesitate to text or call!

I want to let anyone know that has a reservation for the week of the 4th or in the next 6 months to a year that it might be a good idea to go ahead and make a back up plan just in case I am unable to keep your fur baby at that time.

I will keep yall updated! THANK YOU to everyone praying! I can feel them 🥰
