Anyone missing a male dog with green collar? Appears to me a lab mix. Showed up on Hartwell Hwy. He has a home if the owner doesn’t claim him.

Update: Adopted!
Whiskey isn’t Scottish but he sort of resembles a Scottie dog. This bearded buddy is one of four young Terrier mixes who came to us from an overcrowded shelter in north Georgia last week. They all look similar so it’s obvious they are siblings. Clearly they have been neglected in a backyard their entire lives because they are all extremely shy and stayed glued together in a pile for their entire stay at the shelter. When they were delivered to us they were terrified and covered in fleas, p*e, p**p and vomit thanks to carsickness from the long ride. All four siblings are in different foster homes now and they are coming around beautifully. They have been fully vetted and cleaned up and they are just adorable. Whiskey is the only boy in the bunch and he’s the largest at 14 pounds. He is full grown at one year old. Whiskey is crazy about his foster mom and gets so excited to see her. He is frisky and playful and it’s so cute to see him act like a normal dog. Whiskey has decided that humans are pretty awesome now. He is a bit clingy so a home where someone is around for most of the day would be best. He has not learned how to walk on a leash yet so a fenced yard is needed. Whiskey would do best in a home with adults/teens (no young kids) and at least one other welcoming dog. This little guy is just beginning his journey of becoming a beloved house pet instead of a neglected yard dog.
