Attention: New Client Reservations: Effective 8/1/2025. All new clients must prepay their entire reserved stay at the time of booking. Reservations that are cancelled 48 hours prior to scheduled arrival date will receive a full refund. If you call and cancel 24 hours prior to your scheduled arrival date, 50% of the boarding cost will be refunded to your credit card. If you do not call or do not show up for your boarding reservation, there will be no refund given, and you will forfeit the total amount. Unfortunately, we have had a large number of people who have not called to cancel or have not shown up for their reservations. We have turned away reservations that could have been taken had people cancelled.
