We want to try something new this year - monthly photo contests to celebrate our amazing clients and their pets! Each month will have a different theme for you to upload a photo of your beloved pet, and the photo with the most “Likes” at the end of the month will win a prize and get featured on our furry friends wall!

The winner will be announced on February 1st and can choose one of the following prizes to be redeemed at Samarkand Kennels:
• 1 free toe nail trim
• 1 free daycare day
• $20 off next boarding
• $10 gift card to Feeders or Tractor Supply

Barn Bosses for Hire!

We have eleven, free-roaming, feral cats looking for barn placement. All 11 cats will be fixed, ear-tipped, and up-to-date on vaccines. Ten of the 11 cats are female and ready to hunt!

They don’t want to be house pets. They don’t want belly rubs. They just want a safe spot to live, eat, and do what they do best: keep your barn rodent-free. You don't have to take all 11, but we would like for them to be adopted in pairs.

These cats are:
--Already spayed/neutered
--Ear-tipped
--Vaccinated
--Ready for a second chance at life
--No adoption fee

You provide:
--Shelter (barn, stable, warehouse)
--Daily food and water
--A little kindness
