I've known this young man for quite awhile now from the after school church program. I showed him the picture after the game and he said "Yeah I was praying!" he was SO EXCITED that their team scored their very first goal he prayed thank you to Jesus. Real Photographers don't do it for the money, we do it because of moments like this which make the quote "a photo can be worth a thousand words" become truth.

Without the sacrifices our veterans made and make every single day our country would not be the greatest country in the world. Thank you to all who have served and the families of them, we are forever indebted to your bravery. God bless

Thank You, Jennifer Koon! 🇺🇸

DAV Chapter 28 would like to thank Jennifer Koon of Denver, Indiana, and her nonprofit, the Northern Miami Preservation Society, for their generous donation and support of our chapter.

The donation came through the Denver Days Bike Fundraiser, an event raising awareness for veteran and American mental health, with proceeds split with the Nickel Plate Trail.

Jennifer serves as President of the newly formed Northern Miami Preservation Society, and we appreciate her support of DAV Chapter 28 and the veterans we serve throughout North Central Indiana.

Thank you, Jennifer and the Northern Miami Preservation Society, for supporting our veterans and our community!
