Isle of misfit cats is now officially registered with the state of Indiana as an animal care facility. We are looking for donations to help raise money to construct a new habitat area for more cats to be able to have a place to stay until they find new homes. donations will also be used for vet checkups and getting things taken care of on the medical end of things for our fury friends. This one really doesn't have a name. Every one calls just called her gray Kitty when she showed up. She answers to it. Very nice and loving cat. She's probably best going to home where she can come and go between indoors and outdoors. She would rather be outside when the weather is nice. We're not sure how old she is, but we're pretty sure she's a few years any way. She may need to see a vet about her teeth. I recently noticed one is missing. Her litterbox use is kind of odd. If she's isolated in a room by her self she will use it. If she's got free roam, she will say by the door until you let her out to go, and if you didn't let her out she might go on the floor right beside the door.

This is peach. Peach is about 9 months old. Very friendly, unless you try and take food from her. Then she's mutates into something purely evil. She is very needy when it comes to attention, and she loves to be cuddled. She suffered a broken leg when she was very young. Very fixed her up the best he could. He thought he would have to amputate, but ended up not needing to. She's healed good for the must part. Her leg is still kind of sensitive and delicate. And we're pretty sure she has some permanent nerve damage. And ever since the injury she and to have issues gaining weight. So a high calorie diet would be good. She needs a home who can give her lots of love.

We call this one toast. Toast was the runt. He's friendly and likes attention. Toast wants you to take him home.

Porter is about 11 weeks old. She loves to cuddle and loves attention. Very friendly. She would like a new home.

T-bone wants a living home. He's about 11 weeks old. Very friendly, loves playing with older cats. Only issue he has is he tends to pay pretty aggressively. Bites and scratches a bit, but not in a mean way. Just like to play rough. So maybe not the right cat for some one who it's sensitive to getting scratched bit during play. Would say not a good match for younger children so to this.

This is Chow, and she is looking for a home. She's very clingy and very playful. Always needs attention. Her mother stopped producing milk when she was like 5 weeks old and she refused to be bottle fed, or eat cat food. The only way we could get her to eat was to mix kitten milk replacer and canned food together. That said, she is a little scrawny, because of this but she's doing fine and finally starting to gain weight. She had only been eating straight cat food for about a week now. She is about 12 weeks old.
