🎃🐾 Halloween Pet Safety Tips 🐾🎃

Halloween is full of fun treats and spooky surprises, but some of them can be dangerous for our pets. Here are a few quick reminders to keep your furry friends safe:

👻 Keep candy out of reach – Chocolate and xylitol (found in sugar-free candy) are toxic to pets.
🎃 Watch the costumes – Make sure your pet’s costume is comfortable, not too tight, and doesn’t restrict breathing or movement.
🚪 Be careful with doors – Trick-or-treaters coming and going can be stressful for pets and an easy chance to slip outside.
🕯️ Use caution with decorations – Candles, cords, and glow sticks can all be hazardous if chewed on or knocked over.
