Meet Matilda, Carl & Beatrix — three adorable bunnies all looking for their happily-ever-after!

MATILDA — 4-month-old female lop
Matilda came to us as a stray, thin and in need of a little TLC. Look at her now! She’s spayed, litter-box trained, and ready to hop into her forever home!

CARL — about 2 years old
This sweet boy is an absolute LOVE! Carl enjoys treats, lots of pets and lounging on his blankets. He’s still working on his litter-box skills, but he’s neutered and ready for a fresh start!

🐰 BEATRIX — sweet foster girl
Beatrix came to us as a stray and has been enjoying some time in a foster home. She’s now spayed and ready to find her forever family!

These three may have different personalities, but they all have one thing in common…

Meet Charles… the little king who’s ready to rule your heart!

Just look at that smile!

It’s hard to believe this happy little guy is the same dog who came to us scared, under-socialized, and missing much of the fur on his back.

Charles lived with an elderly couple who loved him dearly, but they knew they could no longer give him the care he needed. Making that decision couldn’t have been easy, and we’re so thankful they trusted us to help him.

Today? Charles is a whole new dog.

•His fur is growing back beautifully.
•He’s discovering how much fun it is to run and play.
•Loves to walk
•He likes other dogs
•He would do best in a home without small animals or little cats

At under 20 pounds, he’s the perfect size for cuddles.

Charles is still building his confidence, but every single day he blossoms a little more.

Behind every tiny meow is a hungry little belly waiting for dinner… and right now our shelter is going through canned food faster than ever!

Kitten season means lots of little mouths to feed, and we need your help to keep those bellies full.

Every single can makes a difference for the kittens (and cats!) counting on us.

Three months.

For three months, this beautiful girl has watched other dogs leave for their forever homes while she patiently waits for someone to choose her.

When Gracie came to Lakeland, she wasn’t just a stray—she was a mama. She arrived with her puppies and a body that showed just how much she had sacrificed for them. She was painfully thin because every ounce of energy she had went into raising her babies.

Every single one of her puppies found a loving home. Now it’s Gracie’s turn.

Today, Gracie is healthy, happy, and learning how wonderful life can be. She has gained weight, gained confidence, and discovered that toys, belly rubs, and spending time with her favorite people are pretty amazing.

She’s the kind of dog who loves with her whole heart. She’ll happily be your shadow, make you laugh with her goofy “bulldozer” excitement, and remind you every day just how special bully breeds can be.

Gracie is still building confidence when meeting new people, so she’ll do best with a family willing to give her patience, guidance, and lots of love. In return, she’ll give you unwavering loyalty.

Three months may not sound like forever…

But to a dog who’s ready to love someone with her whole heart, it’s a very long time.

Let’s make sure Gracie doesn’t spend another month wondering when it will be her turn.

🎸 Elvis has entered the building… but we can’t wait to say he’s LEFT the building! 🐾

Meet Elvis! This adorable little guy is living life to the fullest while he waits for his forever family. Zoomies? ✔️ Toys? ✔️ Running, jumping, and turning absolutely everything into a game? ✔️

This tiny pup has energy for days and is always ready for his next adventure. When playtime is over, he’s just as happy soaking up love from his favorite people.

The best part? Elvis is great with kids, cats, and other dogs, making him a fantastic addition to almost any family.
